10th October 2026 – Lighthouse Weekly Update – The BBC Called to Face the Facts
Lighthouse Weekly Update · 10th October 2026…
Good evening, brothers and sisters in Christ and fellow citizens,
This week, we challenged how the BBC’s good programmes can conceal life-destructive journalism—and called for truth, accountability and reconciliation.
Open Letter to BBC News Editor Ed Campbell
Paul’s reply to BBC Senior News Editor Ed Campbell opened the week; the 65-point rap sheet brought its charges together for the BBC: The Assassin Behind the Arts series.
Catrin Nye cynically asked Paul, “Send us the facts.” He replied, “They’re coming!” The challenge now is for the BBC to examine the evidence and answer it, which they refuse to. Paul also calls on Ed Campbell to apply the scrutiny he brought to abuse outside the BBC to the very cover-ups within it.
BBC: Good Work Cannot Conceal Life-Destructive Journalism
Thursday’s update asked whether the BBC’s good programmes make life-destructive journalism harder to see. Good work cannot cancel out wrongdoing—or shield the BBC from scrutiny. Our challenge at Lighthouse Global is clear: examine the evidence we have presented, answer the corrections and correct the false public record.
Truth and love require accountability, not silence. The BBC must accept the scrutiny it applies to others, while the invitation to repentance and repair remains open.
The BBC is being called to face the facts—not merely to repeat its own account. That means addressing the specific evidence and corrections put before it, showing where any claim is wrong and correcting the false public record wherever the evidence requires it.
“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” — James 1:19 (NIV)
A Door Kept Open
Our invitation remains open: bring the allegations, sources and full records, and examine them with us. We seek correction of the false public record, responsibility for harm and genuine repentance and reconciliation—not revenge.
Read beyond the headlines, examine the evidence and pray for everyone involved. Keeping the door open does not mean setting accountability aside.

Please read the updates in full, consider the evidence and share them with someone who may have heard only one account.
With love in Christ,

Given Paul’s longstanding ill health resulting from the multiple Establishment attacks on him, these updates are generated by the team, drawing from Paul’s recent and earlier words and what we are working with here at Lighthouse. Please keep him in your prayers as he builds strength and renews in our Lord.

The BBC have tried to keep the door to truth and reconciliation fully closed. We at Lighthouse Global have been knocking on the door to ensure that the truth, facts and full context are there for all the public to see. The more the BBC tries to weaponise silence, the more we're revealed about the BBC and the BBC Savile Syndrome. The latest rap sheet to be published is so damning... the BBC literally want us to run away, curl up and die. That's how dismissive the BBC are of truth and the citizens that it is supposed to be serving.
Thank you for another insightful weekly update. The focus on accountability and the continued presentation of facts highlights why these issues deserve serious public scrutiny. May this work help bring the truth to light and lead to meaningful contrition, repentance and reconciliation.
