Thanks Jack, so many young and women missing mentoring and fathering and the results are very very evident! We have lots of work to do!

Everyone needs guidance and in this uncertain times with so much information out there and so many decisions to make it is even more important than ever, especially for young adults. Thanks Jack for highlighting the need of mentorship and coaching for everyone and for sharing Paul’s message. From my own experience I can say that mentorship makes a massive difference to get clear about the direction in life and to also become more aware about our potential as human beings.

Thanks for your reply Daniel, I can relate to what you were saying about information being overloaded and young adults not knowing what to do with their lives or how to use that information wisely. Mentorship provides that support and direction that most aren't going to find from their mates and family. It's so important to have mentors around us in order to grow and realise our potential. Thank you for sharing your experience and how its made a difference to your life, to those who you mentor and support.

I know I certainly would have benefited greatly from mentorship in my teens, that's for sure! If we can help more and more youth get the love and support they need, we'll help them, as well as ourselves and our communities to grow healthier and happier

Exactly! Thank you for sharing the video, more people need to know this, and know they're not alone, and don't need to struggle alone x

Thanks Jack it’s so so important to receive mentorship when we are young. The older we get the harder it is because the conditioning sets in. This week a 15 year old boy was stabbed to death in Croydon and young men especially are committing suicide every day. What Paul speaks about here is so vital to saving lives.

I appreciate you pointing out how challenging it is to grow the older we get because of the influences that are around us, especially as young people, we don't have direction in life and mentoring provides that support and guidance. I'm shocked to hear about the murder in Croydon to the 15 year old boy, I feel for his family, his life being taken at such a young age is devistating. It's frightening to see how young men are being killed and commmitting suicide, having a lack of support and care for their lives, for themselves. Mentorship is so important to help young people grow into healthy adults, to not tragically take their lives and the lives of others. Thank…

I feel that mentorship is crucial for young people. I remember my own experience as a young adult, struggling and drifting with no clear sense of direction. There needs to be a willingness to look inside, see what is unhealthy and resolve to change it. It takes maturity to be able to do this. The trolls lack this ability to look inside, so for them it is easier to blame and troll people.

Thank you for your response and sharing openly Simon. It takes maturity to see what is unhealthy, that's what is so crucial about having a mentor, to encourage us to look in, and be supported when it is difficult to do so. The sad reality of trolls is exactly that, it's a shame that trolls don't take responsibility for their lives and try to murder others, its criminal behaviour and needs to stop.
